The Atlanta Harp Center is having its

Black Friday Sale!

We will have pedal and lever harps, strings, and music on sale starting Friday, November 24th at 10am EST. Each hour from 10am-5pm our Atlanta Harp Center Facebook and Instagram pages will feature one new sale item with a corresponding coupon code. Each item will have a limited number available at the Black Friday Online Sale price and will no longer be available at the discounted price once the limit has been reached. The coupon code must be used to receive the discount. The sale will end Saturday November 25th at 11:59 pm EST.

What time is the sale?

The Black Friday Online Sale begins at 10am EST on Friday, November 24th. Coupon codes will be released hourly on Facebook and Instagram from 10am-5pm EST. We will also send an email to the Atlanta Harp Center email list at 5pm EST on Friday, November 24th with all of the released coupon codes. Sale ends Saturday, November 25th at 11:59 pm EST, however quantities are limited and sales are first-come, first-served, so don't delay!

Will your showroom be open for the sale?

Our showroom will be closed from Wednesday, November 22nd thru Friday, November 24th. We will be available via phone for questions at (770) 619-2920 on Saturday, November 25th from 10 am-2pm EST. The sale items are only available for purchase through our online store, atlantaharpcenter.com. 

Can I use multiple codes at the same time?

No, only one code can be used per order and discounts may not be combined. 

What if I make two separate purchases? Can you combine shipping?

Whenever possible, we will combine shipping and refund extra shipping charges. Please notate on your order in the note section that you've placed multiple orders. Orders will be shipped starting Tuesday, November 28th.

Can I order online and pick up in-store?

Yes, choose in-store pick up at the time of check out. Items may be picked up during normal business hours with an appointment. We will advise you once your order is ready for pickup and you can make an appointment. 

I ordered the wrong item. Can I get a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges during this sale. Please reference our string charts available here or call us at (770) 619-2920 before placing your order. 

Will I get my order by December 25th?

We will do our best to get your order to you by December 25th, but we cannot guarantee delivery by this date. 

Harps: specific finish requests may take 12-14 months for production. Shipping is also weather dependent and may delay when harps can ship. 

What if I order something that is out of stock? Will my order ship separately?

All incomplete orders will be held until all items are in stock. We will do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. You will be sent a tracking number once your complete order has shipped. 

How many of each item will be available?

Quantities are limited and sales are on a first-come, first-served basis. Harps on sale will be extremely limited, in some cases only one will be available at the sale price. 

What items will be on sale?

On Friday, November 24th, the Atlanta Harp Center Facebook and Instagram pages will release hourly coupons for specific items including strings, music, accessories and harps. Keep an eye on our social media pages for hints on our sale items before the sale goes live! 

We will also send an email to the Atlanta Harp Center email list at 5pm EST on Friday, November 24th with all of the released coupon codes. As many items are limited in quantity and are first come-first served, we highly recommend following the Atlanta Harp Center on Facebook and Instagram for the most up-to-date releases.

Can the discounts be applied on other harps or items?

The coupon codes are non-transferable and can only be used on the specified items.

Can I get this sale price in-store?

This is an online-only sale and will not be available in-store. 

I have a trade-in; can I trade a harp in during this sale?

No, a trade-in option is not available for this sale.

Is financing available?

Financing is not available for the Black Friday Online Sale event.

Can I rent a harp at the sale price?

Rentals will not be available at the sale price. It is for purchase only. 

Can I get the sale price after the sale is over?

We will not be able to offer the sale price after the sale ends or after the quantity limit is reached.
