Hangin’ with the Harp – Troubleshooting & FAQ

Having trouble joining the livestream? Here’s everything you need to know!

How do I register?

Register through the Atlanta Harp Center website. Each month will have its own registration page that can be found on the Hangin' with the Harp event page.
Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a PDF download that includes your personalized Zoom sign-on link.


Where’s my Zoom link?

If you missed the PDF—don’t worry!
A reminder email with the Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants shortly before the livestream begins.

Check your spam or promotions folder if it doesn’t land in your inbox.


Why can’t I join the Zoom stream?

The most common issue is not being signed into Zoom before clicking the link.

Before you click the livestream link:

  1. Open the Zoom app or go to zoom.us

  2. Log in to your personal Zoom account

  3. Then click the link from your registration PDF or reminder email

Our sessions are password protected and require all participants to be logged into Zoom.


When does the livestream start?

Hangin’ with the Harp takes place every third Tuesday of the month.

  • The hosts begin a pre-talk at 3:45–3:50 PM (ET)

  • The guest presentation begins at 4:00 PM (ET)


Can I ask questions during the livestream?

Yes! Feel free to type your questions into the Zoom chat—we love hearing from you.


Will it be recorded?

Yes! Every Hangin’ with the Harp livestream is recorded and uploaded to our YouTube channel after the event.
