Plays Well With Others
A Harpist’s Guide to Choral Music
With Jacqueline Pollauf
Many of you know Jacqueline Pollauf from her YouTube channel, which features extensive instructional videos of classic harp pieces. For the past 2 years, however, Jacqueline has been busy compiling harp parts from choral repertoire, re-notating them for clarity, and providing harpists with helpful information including cues, pedal changes, and suggested fingerings to help navigate this often neglected genre.
The result of her effort is a soon to be released publication, “Choral Repertoire: Harp Parts.” You won’t want to miss this hang with Jacqueline as she shares her passion for this beautiful music!
Remember to sign in early for a pre-talk with Robbin and MJ!
A PDF for today's livestream will be available soon.
A busy professional in the Baltimore-DC area, Jacqueline Pollauf is also in demand as a teacher, composer, and arranger. Jaqueline received her Master of Music degree from the Peabody Conservatory and has performed extensively as both a chamber musician and soloist. Her popular YouTube channel includes videos of solo and chamber performances, repertoire for students as well as harp repair and maintenance tutorials. Learn more about Jacqueline at jpharp.com.
