Susann McDonald and Linda Wood have composed and arranged wonderful music for the harp. Although written for pedal harp, all of the pieces in Volume 1, and at least 2 pieces in each of the other books are playable on lever harp. (One often just needs to leave out the pedal changes for the glissandos.)
These five volumes of graded recital pieces contain delightful melodies that students are sure to enjoy. Many of the pieces feature arpeggios, glissandos, and other techniques for that real "harpy" sound. Volume 1 is the easiest, and the pieces get more advanced throughout this fine series. Each book is 8 to 12 pages with pedal markings and some fingerings.
Volume 2 is 11 pages, and includes 4 pieces

I bought this book for a student. She is working on processional. For concert next week. She is really enjoying the orchestra class.
