"Learning to play the harp can be a challenge to young students. Hand position, tone production and arm position are demanding skills. Combine that with learning to read music, and it can be doubly difficult. Taking cues from piano books, I began to write books for young harp students. Over the past year and a half I have had several students, ages 5 to 11, learn successfully and enjoyably from my books."
