The piece is in 4 movements and depicts aquatic life in the Pacific Ocean.

Cindy drew her inspiration from the diversity of life in tide pools to the comical, playful nature of sea otters and

the gentle yet majestic motion of waves. Recurring musical themes weave their way throughout the piece.

The music is a mixture of classical and jazz based styles.
