Minute Music Theory is designed as a simple reference guide for lever (or pedal) harpists who have little or no background in music theory. Although some essential explanations are given, this guide is intended to be a visual and practical reference, showing how to play chords and inversions in all lever harp keys, as well as explaining intervals. There are practical examples of triads, seventh chords and arpeggios, and by simply playing through these, the harpist will begin to acquire theory skills without having to study from a book! This guide will give students a very basic and practical introduction to music theory, from which they can expand their knowledge using additional resources.
