These piece is a wonderful kind of blues passacaille. A sweet and sad melody and it's simple jazz chord progression is presented and along with three variations. Each variant of the melody uses a different harpistic effect: harmonics, sons pincé (plucking the string with thumb and index finger), enharmonic repeated notes (tremolo) and finally arpeggios.
A good teaching piece for the high school student. A few tricky rhythms and techniques but rewarding.
