This is the only work written for the harp by Beethoven. First published in 1798 by Witzendorf in Viena and by Simrock in Bonn. This last edition can be found in the British Museum and bears the title "Six Variations faciles d'un Air Suisse pour la Harpe ou le Forte-Piano" There are six variations following the main theme. Zabaleta has included fingerings and pedal markings.
